Marilyn Thiet  is the founder and president of EDGE Performance Acceleration. Marilyn has over 25 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, training, and leadership development. She spent much of her career working for GE Healthcare. When she left GE she was the Americas Commercial Training Manager, responsible for the training and development of over 700 Sales Professionals and Leaders. Marilyn's passion and expertise are in developing people through coaching and sustainable competency based training programs. She works with corporate leaders to cultivate a culture of performance development as part of a comprehensive training strategy design and implementation. Marilyn has a degree in Business Management and is trained and certified in Professional Facilitation, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) and Six Sigma quality methodologies. She is a long standing member of the American Society of Training and Development.

 

Tricia Chorlog joined EDGE Performance Acceleration as a consultant in 2010. Tricia has over 15 years of professional experience in management, counseling, and human resources.  Much of her career has been spent working for Deloitte where she implemented a management structure to accommodate 400% growth.  She left in a leadership role where she supervised 14+ managers across the Southeast while implementing training, staffing, and personnel development practices.   She excels in determining service delivery and leadership development needs to develop training and coaching programs around these critical areas. Tricia has a Master of Science degree in rehabilitation psychology and has been certified as a leadership trainer.  She recently relocated back to her hometown in Wisconsin where she and her husband enjoy raising their two children and remodeling homes.
