My first contact with clients is generally a phone conversation that focuses on a company's or individual's need to accelerate performance to meet strategic goals. The first part of the conversation is most important: I LISTEN. Clients call me for a reason and I want to hear what that is. I want them to air their perspectives on what brought them to this place and where they want to go. I then ask a series of questions that helps me understand the underlying causes of the particular business challenge. From there, I can determine how EDGE can provide solutions for those SPECIFIC issues and develop a platform for renewed growth and performance acceleration.
Proceeds to a proposal . . .
I then go to the drawing board and put together a proposal of how EDGE can help a client attain their specific goals (and in many cases exceed them). An EDGE Proposal includes a customized mix of services with all inclusive pricing. We pride ourselves in providing a clear and understandable solution with total transparency in costs.

Every proposal includes a guarantee of our continued involvement with your project, usually for a year but longer if that is requested. We outline what our continued involvement will look like.
